There was a bird catcher.Selling birds for his trade. Once, he saw a small bird trying to push it's way under the net. The bird was too small and not the type that sold on market.
He thought of shooing it away. Then he saw a kite sitting on a nearby tree .
Now he understood the plight of the young bird and the bird catcher drove away the kite  and set the bird free

In other world when yamraj got the  bird catches account of deeds checked  It was revealed that he was responsible for the death of countless birds. But he was responsible for saving the life of small bird. That earned him the pardon.
